New Species: Minsk! [CLOSED]

Yayyy a new species! Minsk are named after the capital of Belarus, if you're wondering.

What is a Minsk?
They're a demonic cross between a goat and a cat of some kind. They can be anthro or human, depending on their mood. The markings on their tail will reflect the pattern on their fur. This little dude here is in his "human" form. They're animal messengers sent to steal the souls of young children, but often get distracted because they are childish themselves.
I'll add more info to this species later as I get more comfortable with it.

This is temporarily a closed species, so please do not make your own without permission! I'm going to be on vacation for a few days, but I have the unwatermarked version stashed away for this~
